To ensure you’re fully equipped for our next session, you’ll receive a customized shopping list with my top recommendations, so you’ll have everything you need to bring your signature look to life in preparation of our next session. Cancellation Policy
MARDI GRAS BALL DAYS CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the nature of this special event season, all services are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation, the retainer paid at the time of booking will be forfeited. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. All sales are final. Thank you for understanding and choosing us to be a part of your Mardi Gras glam experience! "PRIVATE INVITATION" CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required to reserve your appointment. Any cancellations made will forfeit the full payment. Payments are non-transferable. CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required to reserve your seat. Any cancellations made will forfeit the full payment. Payments are non-transferable. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: The retainer deposit is non-refundable. If you must cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, and you will be given 7 days to reschedule and transfer this deposit. As a courtesy, retainer deposits are valid for one reschedule and is subject to availability. If the schedule permits, same-day rescheduling may be allowed with a $25 rescheduling fee. NO CALLS, NO SHOWS and cancellations within the 48-hour period will result in full payment due that will be automatically charged to your card.
